cancelations & no shows

We ask that you respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are no-showed or canceled within the 24 hour period of time may be subject to a charge up to 50% of the service costs. We ask that any and all adjustments made to your appointments are made 24 hours in advance in a way that is most convenient for you. No future bookings can be made until the missed appointment fee is paid. Our staff can be reached by phone, email, Facebook, Instagram or text message.


down payments

Any and all appointments that require more than 2 hours to provide a service require a 50% down payment. The down payment can be transferred/refunded if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours, any appointment adjustments made within 24 hours prior to the appointment will be non-refundable. 


balayage, color corrections, extensions & fashion shades

All balayage, color correction. extensions and fashion shade appointments require a consultation prior to booking. Due to the longevity of specialty appointments, a 50%-100% down payment may be required at the time of booking.
